How to spot a Solassure certified installer
Certification is not a badge anyone can buy. It means an installer has been assessed against the programme’s standards, and keeps meeting them. You can find this mark on installers websites, vehicles, quotes, signage & business cards. Every certified installer in New Zealand is listed in our directory. If a company displays the mark and is not listed, they are not certified.
Where you will see the mark
Every certified installer applies the mark the same way, so once you have seen it you will recognise it anywhere. Here is where to look, and what each one tells you.
Their website
Usually in the footer or alongside their other accreditations, linked through to their listing in our directory so you can confirm it in one click.
Their vehicle
If a certified installer turns up at your place, the mark is on the van.
Your quote or proposal
On written paperwork, the mark tells you the company putting its name to that price is certified today, not at some point in the past.
Site signage
During an installation, certified installers display the mark on site, so you and your neighbours can see who is working on the roof.
Business cards and email
Small things, and easy to overlook. Same mark, same meaning.
Our directory
Every certified installer in New Zealand is listed. If a company displays the mark and is not listed, they are not certified, and we would like to know.
